What action is taken if the teacher is absent from the lesson with my son without prior notice?

The teacher will make up this lesson for you free of charge, and it will not count against you. Likewise, if you are absent from a lesson without prior notice, the teacher will record it as an absence and you will be required to pay for that lesson.

Does the academy issue certificates to students?

Yes, certainly. When a student progresses and advances in level, Rattil Academy issues a certificate according to their level.

What about the teaching methodology?

Our teaching method relies on a creative and interactive approach between the student and the teacher, following the set curriculum plan, with continuous assessment to track progress and achieve further learning.

Is the teaching conducted via audio and video?

Yes, both audio and video, conducted via Zoom.

What is your religious school of thought (madhhab) when teaching my children?

We follow the school of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah, and we hold no ideas or beliefs that contradict the word of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger, peace be upon him.

Why do they charge a fee for this work?

Because we have salaries to pay for the male and female teachers who work with us, along with the academy's own expenses. All our staff are fully dedicated to teaching the Holy Quran and the Arabic language, and they have their own commitments and expenses.

Is it possible to change the teacher (male or female) at any time if I wish to do so?

Yes, it's available at any time. If you'd like to make a change, our supervision department will take the necessary steps to change the teacher for you.

What role can I play to achieve the best result for my son?

Follow up closely on the lessons with the teacher, keep track of homework, and always make sure to talk with the teacher to learn your child's strengths and weaknesses so you can work together with the teacher to develop your child's skills.

At what age do children start studying with you?

We accept children starting from the age of 4.
